 At Enchanted Mountain Shih Tzu we prefer healthy and solid first and foremost.  Most of my babies are now ranging in the 7-12 lb guestimated adult weight range.  I love Healthy babies with beautiful coloring, know matter what the weight.  I feel whether someone breeds for a perfect pet or a perfect show dog they should always be striving for perfection and breeding to improve on what they already have.
